I had previous posts before where I posted my rants about not being able to verify my paypal account as my unionbank eon card will not be accepted by the system. I just want to share to you, how I was able to successful verify my account and withdraw my money after being verified. Initially I thought my card has some problem since it’s not accepted but I soon realized I just never followed some instructions clearly.
Here are the steps to remember in getting verified. This is for all filipinos out there.

1. First you must have a Unionbank Eon Card, and you have to link that card by applying it in your paypal account. If you don’t have one yet, better apply for one.

2. If you have a new Uniobank Card, activate your account. You can do that by depositing money in it and using it to buy something. Just for you to get an active transaction on that card.

3. Apply your card online at www.unionbankph.com. It will take about 2-3 days for your account to be activated online. If its not activated after 3 days, you can contact unionbank and send them an email at customer.service@unionbankph.com and they will be happy to activate it right away.

4. Be sure to fund your card with $1.95, that’s less than a hundred pesos. If you don’t have this deposited amount in your card, your card will be denied.

5. Link your card now by clicking on link this card on your paypal account and type all necessary info. Make sure everything is correct. Your card will now be accepted and you just have to wait for your code.

6. Within the day, log in to your unionbank online account at www.unionbankph.com. Go to your accounts section. And in your accounts summary section, choose your account, and on options you can choose last 10 transactions and click Go. The last 10 transactions on your card will now be opened.

7. Look at your latest transaction, transaction description will say something like VISA(your 4 digit expuse code) paypal. Copy that code, then go to your paypal account and enter it. You should now get a message that your account in now verified.

That’s it, you are now verified. It might be complicated, but you know, its all worth it. You have successfully lifted your withdrawal and sending limits. It can make you feel good. That’s how I felt after I successfully did this. It took some time, but hey, its worth it when you finally see, the verified status. This is one of my achievements that I am proud to share to all of you.

By the way, if you don’t want to apply your account online from unionbank’s website, you may do so. But you have to call their customer service first to get that 4 digit code and it might take a week before you can get it. And honestly, unionbank’s customer service is always busy. So it will take you a day to contact them. Nah.

P.S I was able to successfuly withdrawy my money from paypal to my unionbank account, it took a week I guess.

I don’t know what’s happening to me. Last month was a great month, the first month I actually started to earn from blogging. Right now, I don’t really understand what’s happening to me. Since like I grew tired of blogging and I don’t have the same passion anymore. Grrrrr! I’m trying to find that enthusiasm and passion of discovering something new again in the blogging world. But, I failed. I’m not sure what’s going on. I just can’t find the same energy I used to have. As you can see, my traffic has been falling because I haven’t been updating my blog on a regular basis and I’m not doing blog hopping anymore. Suddenly, it all went away. Suddenly, the idea of earning online is not that appealing anymore. I hate it, I don’t wanna give up now that I have discovered a lot of great ideas from blogging. Surely not now. The idea of staying for a couple of hours just to blog after my shift is a task already, its not a hobby or a passion anymore. Perhaps, if I do have a computer at home it could be better so I can just check on my pc when I’m not doing anything. Hmmm, I’m really growing tired and I guess my body is finding something else. Something else, perhaps that is more worthwhile. Sigh.

One of my greatest weaknesses is being easily angered. My job somehow helped me tone down this attitude, since I cannot be rude to my customers. I’m actually good by nature, but honestly I am easily provoked and angered. I can’t control my emotions. Anger is one of the hardest emotions to control. A lot of relationships have been stained, and a lot of people committed their greatest regrets in life, because of anger. In the bible, we are taught to be slow in anger and to love our brothers more. I should say, I got the genes from my dad, since my mother is very patient. My dad is easily angered and I really believe I got my genes from him. As of now, I’m trying my best to free myself from it. It’s just that, sometimes people are hard to love and understand. I have this tendency to fight back every time someone provokes me. If someone hurts me with a word, I’ll get back to that person 2x, maybe not in the same way but surely deeper and more insulting. I’m a silent person and I really try my best not to hurt others. But once they stepped on me and undermine me, I do have a tendency to fight back. This has been my problem with my job. As you can see, my callers are irate and a lot of them are arrogant. Some times I just can’t help it, but fight back. I think this is really not good for me, because it’s giving me burdens and aches on my heart. I don’t wanna die of heart attack. I know God is greater than my weaknesses and I know in time, yes in time, I can conquer this.

Right now, I’m going through some time wherein I’m spending less and less with blogging. Honestly, it looks like I need more motivation to blog. I just think that some times when I blog too much, I get too stressed and I ask myself if its really worth it. But don’t worry, I know I can overcome this. I know that I just have to press on and continue. It’s just difficult to be an active blogger and a full time worker at the same time. As the saying goes, you cannot serve two masters at the same time. You have to make a choice, and right now, my work is my priority. No need to explain why. That explains why my traffic is radically dropping. I feel like i just don’t have the energy to continue. But don’t worry, I would still be here. Perhaps, I just need more motivation. I don’t want to give it up, cause I gain great happiness from blogging. But you know, it’s just not like it used to be. Argggghhhhh!
