We have a new policy at work. Every week, our team leaders and supervisors would choose and vote for the agent of the week. The agent of the week, is the agent who performed well based on metrics such as call handling, average time on calls, attendance, and attitude. I have been nominated by my team leader to be the agent of the week, last last week and last week. So, I am now agent of the week for 2 consecutive weeks. That’s because I got 100 % from QA evaluation, 100 attendance, no late and good overall performance. I never thought I would be recognized. I thought it only goes for the vocal and outgoing type of employees. But, I have proven, that if you do good, you will reap the rewards. This might be a small thing, but nevertheless I appreciate it. I don’t know if I will make it to the Agent of the Month. But If that will happen, whoa, I will really be happy.

I got this Sweet Home Blogger Award from my dear online friends Shengy and Crissy. Thank you so much guys. I really do appreciate it. Right now, I’m going through some time wherein I’m spending less and less with blogging. Honestly, it looks like I need more motivation to blog. I just think that some times when I blog too much, I get too stressed and I ask myself if its really worth it. But don’t worry, I know I can overcome this. I know that I just have to press on and continue. It’s just difficult to be an active blogger and a full time worker at the same time. As the saying goes, you cannot serve two masters at the same time. You have to make a choice, and right now, my work is my priority. No need to explain why. That explains why my traffic is radically dropping. I feel like i just don’t have the energy to continue. But don’t worry, I would still be here. Perhaps, I just need more motivation. I don’t want to give it up, cause I gain great happiness from blogging. But you know, it’s just not like it used to be. Argggghhhhh!

Arte Y Pico Award

Finally, creative thoughts received its very first blogger award. I would like to thank carlota for this, and I want to say that I truly appreciate it. First times are always unforgettable. I have been blogging seriously for more than 2 months now. This is one of those moments that I felt proud and contented with what I have achieved in my blogging journey. It’s all worth it. It’s not that easy to maintain a blog. You have to have passion, dedication and you have to love writing and sharing your thoughts. Without these ingredients, you will not be successful in your journey. One of the goals of this blog is to let people know that each mind, is creative and is full of magic and mystery. As you can see on my welcome page, on the upper left, one of aim is to make this site popular. I am gradually reaching that goal, and I am glad for all my avid readers and friends who kept their trust on me.

If you are still a new blogger, I encourage you to never lose hope and to have passion in what you are doing. When the going gets stuff, what keeps you going and motivated is your passion and love for what you are doing. Blogging is not just about writing nonsense articles, more so, its not all about getting money from your blog. It’s more of sharing a bit of yourself to others, letting them have a peak on your emotions and inner thoughts. That’s what blogging is all about for me. And that’s what creative thoughts is all about.

Guys, you can’t believe this, carlota announced the winners for her photo story writing contest. Guess what? I won 2nd place. Cheers!!! Let’s have a toast for that. Creative Thoughts made it. This is my first time joining a contest like this, and I’m happy to be able to win 2nd. I actually never expected to win any place, even 3rd. For the first days of voting I was so enthusiastic in asking friends to vote for me. But after few days when I saw that aloha wedding is leading with a huge gap, I was a little bit disappointed, and thought that I had no chance of winning. I also slowered down because I already have a domain. Honestly, I wanted to be the first before when i still wanted to have a domain, but now I bought my own domain and I’m happy, though I’m experiencing some problems and probably I need some help from friends and need to contact blogger too. I want to have this opportunity to thank all of those who voted for me and who believed in me. Thank you and I’m happy that somehow through my story I inspired you and I was able to touch your lives even if we don’t really know each other personally.
