I am too stressed lately for thinking about my goals and the action plans on how I would be able to reach them. It’s just that I have a big responsibility over my family. Yeah, we can be relaxed and just stay this way forever, but no I never want that. I want a better life for them. For my daughter, husband and for my mom. I want us to enjoy a life that we deserved, so I am really doing my best to improve our lives slowly but surely.

I deserve a break, so I have labeled 3 days of rest from thinking about all these things. Yesterday, today and tomorrow is my 3 days break. So, I have to clear my mind before I start on my next goals.

I’m exicted for the coming wedding of Korina Sanchez and Mar Roxas. I love this couple, they are private yet you know that their relationship is of high value to each other. I love how Korina carries herself. She’s so strong and she handles herself really well, showing grace and confidence all the time. You can really see how much Mar Roxas adores her. Well, who wouldn’t. She is an admirable person in and out. I’ve always been adoring her ever since. Even KC Concepcion expressed how much she admires the reporter. I’m sure it they will be spending honeymoon in a nice place, not from boutique hotels but from high end hotels. They are both lucky to have each other.

Okay, it was hard for me to let it go. But today, i finally decided to just let it go completely. I had been battling against this for more than a week. Apparently, i was accepted to be a writer. It was only 60 pesos per 300-400 word post, but I later found out posts have to be written with synonyms, so u have to format it in such a way that u have to put at least 3 synonyms for a as many word on your post as you can. It was so time consuming, I tell you. It could have been okay but the sad part is I have a very slow computer. This is a 2nd hand pc, so it is just super slow. Slow than a turtle. After attempts of trying to write articles, I decided it took so much of my time. It puts more stress on me. I just don’t need any more stress. I handle too much from work already, and I want to be relax at home as much as possible, despite running my family life too. So, even if this could give me about 5,000 a month or more, I have to let it go. For that amount, I would have to write around 80 posts, 300-400 word posts. I ask someone, if its worth it, the answer was a big NO.

I decided to quit and enjoy my free time, while keeping watch closely for new opportunities. Opportunities that would give me more revenue and more possible benefits and side income. I know nothing could be impossible with God.  Perhaps I need to look for bigger opportunities. Well, I am most likely gonna have to prepare myself for any bigger opportunities from now.

Many people enjoy using the first few minutes of the day for their reflective time. How did yesterday go? What do you want to accomplish today? What will be most important? This, of course, becomes your prioritized to-do list. How will today vary from your usual routine? Can you think of any small things that you can do?
Perhaps there is something that you’ve been avoiding, that, if you do it, would make you feel especially proud of yourself. Give each day a specific purpose. For unsuccessful, unhappy people, there is often a sameness to their days. Is it Monday or Thursday? Is it March or November? Is it 3 o’clock in the afternoon or 10 o’clock in
the morning? They’re in a rut and it doesn’t matter. Everybody has the same amount of time each day. How are you going to spend your 24 hours? Plan in advance. Make lists. Lists are your road map to personal accomplishment and balanced living. Always carry paper and pen. What are you doing today to ensure a better tomorrow for yourself and your family?

Yesterday at around 11 am, electricity died and people said there was a blackout in the entire Cebu, though I am not pretty sure if its just a brownout or blackout. All I know was it was so freaking hot. Super duper hot. We couldn’t use the electric fan to deal with the hotness. Our neighbors started to come out of their houses, and stayed outside. Each looking so hot and tired. They were bringing fans with them while they kept complaning about the weather.

The worst part for me? My baby was so restless. Usually, she sleeps in the morning at eleven, and sleeps again in the afternoon at around 2-3 pm. But it was already 2 pm, and she was still restless. She wanted to take her clothes off, and she kept screaming. We had her go out, but the sun was too much for her.

Finally, I decided to take her to SM, thinking it would be cold out there. Boy, i was so wrong. The mall didn’t have any aircon either. They only had the generator for the lights, but aircons were turned off. I was so disappointed. But, I never let it ruin my entire day. Together with my baby’s yaya and my husband’s younger sister, we tried to have fun which I think was successful enough. I had baby bless ride a small car, we rented it for 40 pesos per hour. Even if the look of her eyes tells she’s sleepy, she never slept a bit. She really had fun riding, and eating candies.

I just hate it, cause I bought candies for her. American candies and it was too small, but it cost 100 pesos. When I looked it up at the department small, the same candle only cost 17 pesos. I wanted to scream. But, i just forgot about it instead.

There were thousands of people coming to the mall, expecting it would be cold there, but everyone was disappointed. You can see people restless, bringing along “pamaypays” (fans), drinking all sorts of cold drinks. Even the line up for Zago shake was so long. I tried to line up, but eventually gave up.

My baby kept walking around, and her yaya had to keep up. We even watched Mark, a star who starred in Ligaw Na bulaklak. They were promoting ferrarri cars. Baby bless kept walking around, dancing, coming near to baby’s her age. She had a mess of fun.

Good thing I have positive and happy people with me. If it was my mom (sad to say), I know she would have kept mumbling and complaining. Sigh.
At the end of the day, despite all the disappointments, i had a great time with baby bless. The important thing is she had fun.

This is one of my movie collection. I have a total of 10 movies now. I plan to collect lots of them, cause someday If I already have an internet cafe, i will also rent out the movie cd’s that I have. I bought this cd in SM cebu, while I was also shopping for discount lingerie . I have watched the second part of this, which is The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian;. It was so great, even if I haven’t seen the first movie yet.

Wow, this is truly a powercast. Imagine, two great actors - Ben Stiller paired with Drew Barrymoore. I knew, this would be a great movie. I remember Ben Stiller in Night At the Museum, he was awesome.

Yesterday, since its the start of my day off, starting t 2 pm, from the time I logged out of work, I planned to block the whole afternoon till evening as fun time. What I intended to do was unwind, relax, chill, take a break and stop working or doing anything work related. I just wanted to breathe even for a moment. I never had a fixed plan, but I was thinking of just resting and then taking the family out to the park in the evening. But, it turned out to be different. After heading home from work, I played with baby for a while, then I slept for about 2 hours I guess. I badly needed that rest and sleep. My eyes was screaming for me to shut it down. I had been staring at the computer for 9 hours, and spending my free time for another contact with the computer, would be injustice and abuse of myself. Atfer I slept, I felt refreshed. It was already slightly dark when i woke up. Then, after that, I played a CD of Nina’s songs. Really sweet, relaxing and wonderful songs. I blurted out singing my heart out, singing along with her. Wanting to release any hint of stress. And boy, did that work out. I just had a quick half bath, watched the finale of Betty La Fea, and then headed to sleep. That was it. Simple, affordable (I never had to spend a bit) yet effective in helping me relax.

Unlike what you are thinking, this is not a movie about a woman who is so addicted to chocolates that she always needed to have a diet pill . I even think that the title and even the poster is a bit tricky. It doesn’t resemble the thrilling, bloody, scary movie that it really is. It looks like just a regular American movie in the poster, but its more than that. If you look a the back of the cd, there you can see the action-packed scenes. It looks like this is gonna be another case of Edward and Bella. Well, something like that.
