Wow, time flies so fast. October has left, and now we are on the 2nd day of November. How was your holiday? To me, I didn’t really feel it that much, cause I was just working. Except that we had all the decorations in our workplace because of a decoration contest for halloween.
November is here again, and I am so excited on what’s in store for me and for my family this month. I’m sure its gonna be another blessed month. I am happy cause I am celebrating my first year in my current work. I am now a regularized employee, since I was in my 6th month. Dream come true. Hehe. But not really, cause I have no plans to stay for too long in my job. It’s not the kind of job I wanna do forever. I am happy too that through all of these contemplating I finally realized what I really want to do. I wanna be a teacher. I never realized that until now. Yes, I wanna be a teacher. Just thinking about it, keeps me excited and more motivated. Once we are financially stable I will continue my studies, take up the teacher’s board examination and apply to be a teacher. Whew!

Many people love to collect certain items. It’s just that, they love doing it and its their hobby. Some people collect ordinary items such as stamps, mcdonalds freebies,
letters, stickers, photos and the like. Richer and more priviledge people have more extravagant collections. Some celebrities own hundreds to thousands of shoes, signature bags,
cartoon characters, Tea Collection, pots, vases and porcelains, scented candles, jewelry, fashionable clothes and other items which are normally luxury already for the average people.
Some people even have this color coding wherein they choose their favorite color and buy items which all have the same color.
Collecting items is indeed a great hobby. According to research, it helps prevent stress in adults and keep them happier and more insane.
Now, let me start to think of an item to collect.

I was doing some blog hopping, dropping and researching the other day when I bumped to a site that sells wholesale fashion jewelry.
I was really amazed cause their prices are so low and affordable yet the quality of the jewelry are very good.
Today, through the wonder of technology, online selling is already one of the great opportunities that you can venture.
I have a coworker who sells fashionable clothes to us. I am amazed by people who have an eye for opportunities like this. Not everyone has the guts to sell, so its really an indication that the person who is doing that, has the courage to sell and is therefore willing to take risks to achieve the goal of earning an additional income.

I got my very first kudos call, last October 17. What is a kudos call? It is a call wherein your caller will express gratitude and appreciation for all your help and efforts made. It happens rarely, since most callers are in a hurry and so they don’t have time for that. In a kudos call, a caller would ask for a supervisor or manager, and when he or she will be speaking to your supervisor, he will be expressing gratitude, appreciation to the service you showed him.

A kudos call is a sign that you are doing well as a customer service representative. If you got a kudos call, everyone in your company will be emailed and everyone will know about the great job you did. In a year, this is my very first kudos call. I wasn’t really expecting it, cause I do finish calls very fast. The caller was so happy I resolved his issue and thus, he asked for my supervisor.

According to the caller:
was incredibly helpful and very pleasant. No complaints for me… She did a super job and really helped and then you know I really needed help. I just wanted to say that.

Agent sounded pleasant during the call. She did not only exude technical expertise but displayed good customer service as well.

TSE was very spontaneous during the call which resulted to a smooth call flow.

And you know, whats the best part of it? You’ll get to have 1,000 pesos additional salary for each kudos call you get. Amazing, right?
