A little girl was talking to her teacher about whales.
The teacher said it was physically impossible for a whale to swallow a human because even though it was a very large mammal its throat was very small.
The little girl stated that Jonah was swallowed by a whale.
Irritated, the teacher reiterated that a whale could not swallow a human; it was physically impossible.
The little girl said, ‘When I get to heaven I will ask Jonah’.
The teacher asked, ‘What if Jonah went to hell?’
The little girl replied, ‘Then you ask him’.

One day a little girl was sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink. She suddenly noticed that her mother had several strands of white hair sticking out in contrast on her brunette head.
She looked at her mother and inquisitively asked, ‘Why are some of your hairs white, Mom?’
Her mother replied, ‘Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white.’
The little girl thought about this revelation for a while and then said, ‘Momma, how come ALL of grandma’s hairs are white?’

1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your life right now? why?
= 10. Because I know I’m blessed and I don’t have nothing to ask for.

2. What are you presently occupied right now in your life? What makes you busy? Or What are you into?
= Taking care of my family. I’m into blogging hehe.

3. What changes would you like to do right now in your life, to help you in achieving a certain goal in the future? Changes?
= I don’t know. I am what I am. Nothing to change. Honestly, I don’t have plans or goal in my life. I don’t even prepare for the future. I live everyday. As long as I’m here with my family and living with all the blessings from above then I know God is in charge for our future.

4. Are you more of a goal-oriented person? Or are you laid back and happy go lucky?
= I’m laid back. I don’t worry too much. Everything will be alright as long as you have faith and love in your heart.

= Nothing

= Life is tough so live with it.

= I don’t have goals. Whatever will be, will be.

= Relax, take it easy. Pray a lot and have faith in your heart. Don’t forget to smile once in a while. You can’t beat life because it’s tough.

= First of all the Lord. Without HIM, I’m nothing. Second my family and kids and friends.

Alessandra De Rosi did it again. She played another jaw dropping drama in Maalaala Mo Kaya last Saturday. She portrayed the role of a wife who was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Later on, she got pregnant while still having the cancer, which was an accident cause she was not supposed to. So, she had to choose between her life and the baby’s life. The husband and her existing child, wanted her choose her own life than of the baby cause they want to have her and don’t want to lose her. But, being the strong willed and selfless mother that she is, she chose the life of her child than her own. She pursused her pregnancy risking her own life, since she cannot take any medication both oral and as well as therapies. It is a very high risk pregnancy. One that has a 90% chance for failure. She might not make it to delivering her baby but she continues to fight for her and for her family.
It is really a very heart touching story. It made me cry many many times. You will be amazed at how strong her character is. Succumbing alone and hiding to her family, every time she feels the pain and every time cancer attacks her.
By the way, we also need to pray for them. On december 7, she is scheduled to deliver the baby, I think it won’t be a natural delivery cause her body can’t do it anymore. The doctors injected tubes in her body for food and for her stool, cause she cant do it anymore. Let’s just pray that she and her baby makes it, cause if she does, a lot of people are willing to assist them financially for her operation which can lead to her possible recovery. We don’t personally know this woman, but I encourage you to pray for her. Let’s all do.

I don’t want to forget about my accomplishment for this week, because this is special to me. Every week, our management leaders or sups chooses our agent of the week. From these agent of the week for each week in a month, an agent will be chosen as agent of the month.
For each team, there is a nominee, based on our metrics or performance stats. I always get nominated but I never ever won when it comes to voting. When compared to the stats of others, I would always fall short of it. This was because it wasn’t important to me, at all. As long as I have a job. I also, am not aware of what stats would make me agent of the week.
This time, they revealed the stats and started to send us emails on who is the agent of the week along with the stats. This made challenged and so I tried to monitor my performance metrics such as the length of time I resolve an issue in a call, the time I am on break, attendance, attitude, the time I pick up the phone and most of all, the quality of your call which is revealed in our quality monitoring score. And I was surprised, that finally this time, I was chosen as agent of the week, I really won the voting based on our stats.
Every week, we are monitored twice to ensure that we are delivering the best customer service experience to guests. Being a technical support engineer is really not easy to think that you have to give instructions to people who are not visible.
It has been a real challenge. I am now in my first year as a technical support and I would say its not easy but its not impossible to be a good one. This work has helped me improve my patience a lot. Yes, it requires a lot of patience. Patience, patience and more more patience.
For this week, I got the most number of calls because i resolve issues as quickly as possible, so my available or idle time is high which gives me more calls. So, for that, our manager asked a picture of mine to be posted on our bulletin. And, this is what I used. I printed it out from Kodak so I brought my micro sd from my phone. The photo was taken from SM Mall Cebu.

I’m here at my workplace right now, and there’s something that keeps me thinking. I am confused whether I would go for buying that nice blouse that I spotted from the mall downstairs where I work, while walking back home. I really liked it. And I think it would look nice on me. It’s pretty expensive though for me. I brought some money but my conscience is still debating. I don’t wanna have buyer’s remorse after buying it. I will take a look at it again, and If I feel that I really really like it, I will not hold myself from buying it. Go girl. I feel so crazy right now, and I want to laugh at myself. How much more if its already a Canon camera that I’m going to buy, perhaps that would take days of thinking. Duh? Well, I don’t think so, cause I think I would really love to have one, hopefully this Christmas if we have extra cash.

I witnessed an event last night that God really blesses those who know how to thank Him back for all the blessing He is giving.
I was attending to our small store while watching the episode of Game Ka Na ba whose guest was someone very religious.
In fact, at the beginning of the show he already mentioned that he is giving 10 percent of whatever money he can get to his churches that will serve as his tithes.
I almost dropped my jaw, when at the end of the show, he finally took home a 1,000,000 pesos straight from banker.
It was so amazing cause the money or options left are very big amounts. In short, he won’t lose anything.
The options left were two hundred thousand, five hundred thousand and 2 million pesos, if I am not mistaken.
In the end, the two options left were two hundred thousand and 2 million pesos. He was offered one million pesos and he then decided to go for the one million and not leave his faith to uncertainty.
It appeared to be a very good decision cause the case has 200 hundred thousand on it.
See? It was really amazing, and somehow you can feel God’s presence. Perhaps it was His way of telling me, that good things happen to people who know how to thank Him.
In the bible, it is said that only God gives us the ability to produce wealth and everything that we have, is from Him.
One way, of showing our love and gratitude to Him for everything He is doing us, is through giving Him at least 10% of his share from salary or any financial venture.
The hubby is a strong believer of this. He keeps reminding me that I will really be amazed at how fast blessings can come if I learn to establish this as a habit. He also said that even if God may not give in the same terms, like monetary or material things, he surely will give other great blessings such as good health, security, protection and favor above others.
I also learned that giving tithes is not all about getting more. It’s more on showing God that we are thankful for having all the things that we already have. It’s a simple way of saying thank you.
Even in real life, if someone gives you things and you don’t show gratitude, would you still want to give?
I doubt so. So, this year and the next to come, I want to make it a habit to give to God first before anything else.

I love this picture together with my family. We don’t have a very good camera, so we don’t have much photos together. We just use our cellphone with cam which doesn’t have a very clear shot.
Plus the coverage is very limited. This photo though was taken from my cousin’s digital camera which takes very good shots.
Surely, all my responsiblities as a wife, a mother and an employee has taken its toll on me. During my day offs I’m usually at home taking careof the little one, or doing some house chores.
I wake up early at 2 am and then go to work and go home every 12:00 noon. That’s my lifestyle now. Not so very good huh. Though I really try my best
to sleep early, usually at 7 pm if I’m lucky so that I won’t feel sleepy during my duty. What I like about the schedule though is it seems to be very fast for me, that I don’t notice the time and little do I realize that its already time to go home.
I sometimes forget about myself, but I try to remind myself to take care of myself also and not to forget to nourish and enhance myself so I won’t feel burned out despite of all these things.
I should also be reminded by my conscious to make sure i eat well, have enough sleep and adequate rest.
Surely, I don’t need a diet pill. What I need is a supplementary diet that can help me gain weight and achieve optimum health.
